What is changing

QontCare now includes support for Qont for Pay. Customers who use Qont for Pay and have an active QontCare plan receive help that matches how they already get support across QOS. The aim is simple. One place to get setup guidance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair options for spending risk intelligence.


What is covered

Coverage includes support, a setup walkthrough, diagnostics, and repair paths for issues related to Qont for Pay. A specialist can help you start, review your configuration, check a result, and diagnose problems that block normal use. If a repair is needed, options are presented with clear next steps. Terms apply and may include fees or premiums as listed in the Legal Library and in your plan.


Who is eligible

All QontCare and QontCare for Business customers are included. If you already have QontCare, your coverage now extends to Qont for Pay. If you add QontCare later, the same coverage applies when your plan is active. Qont for Pay itself does not include QontCare. QontCare for Business applies according to your plan, including any seat based rules set at purchase.


How to use it

Sign in to your Qont Account, open support, and select QontCare. Choose Qont for Pay as the topic, describe the issue, and attach any helpful materials such as a redacted receipt or the summary you saved. You can request a setup walkthrough, open a diagnostic case, or move to repair when advised. Status and updates appear in your account so you can track progress.


Availability and timing

Coverage begins today in most countries effective 16 October 2025 and completes globally by 30 October 2025 subject to regional availability.
