Report an incident to Qont

The Incident Reporting channel is the official place for users and organisations to submit issues, concerns or observations that relate to Qont products, cloud systems or operational behaviour. It is designed to support accurate reporting so the team can review matters responsibly and maintain the integrity of Qont’s portable risk intelligence technology.

This channel covers security concerns, suspicious activity, misuse of Qont systems, compliance matters and situations that may impact the safe and responsible use of our technology.

What to report

Users can report incidents associated with Qont Cloud, PRI applications and other Qont operated systems. This includes anything that raises concern regarding safety, misuse, behaviour that conflicts with our policies or activity that may affect the stability or responsible operation of Qont’s technology.

Reports should focus only on matters relevant to Qont products and infrastructure.

What not to report

This channel is not for unrelated disputes, personal conflicts, refund requests or general support questions. These should be directed to the appropriate Qont support or account channels. Incident Reporting is reserved for matters that directly relate to the integrity and responsible use of Qont’s systems.

How submissions are reviewed

Once an incident is submitted, Qont acknowledges the report and reviews it internally. The review focuses strictly on areas within Qont’s scope and responsibility. Qont examines the information provided, assesses whether further action is required and determines the appropriate internal path. Responses are issued only when needed.

Privacy and handling of information

Reports are handled privately and used only for internal review of the incident. Qont does not sell or misuse incoming information. Submitted details are stored and used solely for understanding and resolving the matter in accordance with Qont’s internal standards.

Independent and responsible operation

Qont is a private group. The company does not accept external influence or involvement in how incidents are reviewed. Qont does not sell data or intrude on user activity. Incident reporting is treated as a responsibility that supports the stability, integrity and safe operation of Qont systems across all environments.
