What Trade-In does
Trade-In gives you a simple way to move forward. You trade your current Qont software or system and receive credit toward a newer model. We handle the change and activate your new version when it is ready.
How it works

Sign in to your Qont account or contact us to start.

Choose the product you have and the version you want.

We review the request and confirm your trade value.

We complete the change, delete the old version, and activate your new version.

You receive credit that you can use toward future Qont models.
Starting your trade
You can begin from MyQont if you prefer self-service. You can also speak with Qont Care if you want guidance. Both paths lead to the same result and the same credit.
Credit and eligibility
Your trade value depends on the product and version you are upgrading from. Eligibility may vary by region and account status. You can check your value before you commit, and you will see the total credit before you approve the change.
Access and timing
You get access to your new version once the change is complete. Most upgrades finish quickly. If we need more details, we will let you know and keep you updated.
Deletion and security
When the upgrade is complete, the old version is permanently deleted. We follow strict processes to protect your account and your use of Qont during every step.
