Qont Points
The Qont Points Program is a rewards system designed to recognise selected activity across the Qont ecosystem. It is not a currency and cannot be redeemed for cash. It serves as a structured benefits program that offers discounts on approved services, upgrades, or selected items. Points accumulate through eligible behaviours such as using Qont products, maintaining active services, or completing approved actions under the program’s rules. Participation is tied to the user’s main Qont Account, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance with internal standards.
How it works
Points are earned when users engage with approved products or activity within the Qont environment. This includes selected purchases, service usage, and other program-qualified interactions. The structure remains consistent across all user types to keep the program fair, predictable, and compliant. Points cannot be transferred, exchanged, withdrawn, or treated as financial value. They exist solely within the closed environment of the Qont ecosystem and follow strict calculation and issuance criteria governed by Qont.
Users redeem points toward eligible discounts or designated benefits. All redemptions occur through controlled pathways inside the user’s Qont Account. A full schedule of eligible benefits and thresholds is presented during redemption, with final approval processed through Qont’s systems. Visibility of points is provided only through the “Rewards / Qont Points” section in the user’s account for clarity and security.
Eligibility
Participation is open to active Qont Account holders. Points issuance is based on program compliance and system records. Qont reviews all activity case by case before issuing or approving rewards to ensure integrity and alignment with program rules. Misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of Qont policies results in immediate removal from the program.
